Recently,
I had an argument with a friend about paintings… and especially ‘The Scream’ by Edvard Munch. If you’d recall, one of his versions of the painting
was auctioned for a whopping USD 119.9 million.
Our
argument was based on how the likeability of paintings and their attractiveness
are subjective. He did not like the particular painting. I like it, though not
the particular version which sold for that ungodly sum.
Soon,
I came across this particular version of the same painting… this time as an
advertisement by Faber-Castell. I think it is not just creative, it sure
involved a lot more effort than the original painting… and I don’t mean to take
anything away from Mr. Munch… but this sure is something that should fetch a
couple of thousand greenbacks, at least.
And
now, I came across this.
If you are a fan of the painting… or just like your cocktails with a pinch of creepiness, then these are the perfect nightmare inducing ice-screams you can get out there.
Surely, nothing can be more refreshing than a bunch of disembodied, screaming heads floating in whatever is your favourite elixir.
